Need to win again tonight. Last night was a welcome reprieve. Please do it again.

Sometimes you gotta get aggressive with the base running. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.

Funny thing is, Servais and this coaching staff (or in this case, Manny Acta) would be getting absolutely crucified by some fans here for sending France home there if he had been thrown out. But he wasn't thrown out. He was safe, and tied up the game. Are they going to get any credit for making the risky, but ultimately correct call there? Nope.

That's pretty much some fans here in a nutshell. Servais and his coaching staff are "clueless beyond belief" when things don't work out, even if it was obviously the right call and any good manager would have made the same decision. No credit whatsoever when things do work out. Just crickets.

Is it any surprise that it can get a little irritating, even a little frustrating seeing that ridiculous garbage over and over and over all season long?

Hell yeah! Got the win they badly needed.

Bullpen sure made it exciting, but got it done.

Cal has been lights out lately throwing out runners trying to steal 2nd. Other teams are going to start second guessing trying to steal on Cal soon if they aren't already.

Well, I probably wouldn't have sent him there. That's not really on Servais, though. He's not coaching 3d base. ;)

In the end, the Angels paid for being "too agressive" on the bases by trying to steal on Cal. :)

But then, I know you're not really talking to me. I don't call for people to get fired based on a single call or game. Or even one season for that matter.

A win is a win but the bottom of the line up went 1 for 14. And the only guy (Rojas) to get a hit was benched for Moore who then struck out twice. Lol Scotty.

Good win after 13 straight. They deserve the rest day tomorrow. Dodgers coming to town. Will be a big test.

Oh, you mean the Moore that got 2 hits, an RBI, and scored a run yesterday. Oh man, so dumb putting that guy in. :ROFLMAO:

Apparently Servais needs to be psychic and see how badly his moves will turn out before he does them. 🤷‍♂️

See what I'm saying though? With the way things have been going lately, this was a big win. A really important win, and at the end of the day they got it done. And yet the only thing dude has to say about it is some weird nit picky criticism about a move Servais made that obviously wasn't even a bad move and was essentially inconsequential.

Here we go..............A win is a win but..............

No, a win is a win. Couldn't give two sh*** how it looks. How about just enjoying a win, close game or not?
