Milroe's been synonymous with turnovers since his college days and I've seen nothing to suggest that's changed. You could say his gifts justified a third-round pick, maybe. I just don't want him to become the reason we pass up better QB's in future drafts.

Secondly, I have a good amount of respect for you and always enjoy your posts, so I have no idea what you're talking about. If we ever had a contentious exchange, I have to assume it was an isolated incident, and it wasn't enough for me to even remember. I have a memory like an elephant too, and you know what they say about elephants: even they know Jalen Milroe sucks.

If Jalen Milroe was picked third overall I might understand your need to take victory laps on him. Seeing as he was a late third round pick I really don't get it. We all knew he was drafted on elite traits and not on a great college career and certainly not for accuracy or processing. WE ALL KNEW THIS! Very very few thought he was going to come in and compete for a starting job.

Also your take on Byron Murphy has proven to be very premature and quite frankly wrong. Like full stop wrong. He is nowhere near a bust.

"Very very few" is not my recollection of the talk on this board. Also a QB who struggles with accuracy and processing shouldn't have gone anywhere near the third round, especially when you had a guy in Shadeur who excels at those things. Milroe before the sixth round was a joke, let alone the third. That pick could have been an actual contributor for us.

If there's any consolation, our quarterback situation COULD be worse. We could be the league-wide punchline that's suffocating under Ge-blow's Ge-bloated contract, or we could still be dealing with Me3's diva bullcrap. Me3, who the Giants thought would be an UPGRADE over the current MVP frontrunner that they cut, is so bad that he can't even Ge-throw red zone interceptions because he'd rather just chuck them into the tunnel on fourth down while waving goodbye to his already-fleeting HOF chances. But at least the cameras were on him, and that's all that matters. Sherm was right. Not as right as me, Rat, but he was right. Yes, Milroe unequivocally is an historic bust, but it could be worse. And again, let's not lose sight of the fact that I was right.

I posted a positive AJ Barner thread earlier today. And I posted that I think the Seahawks will beat Jacksonville. I share my opinions on the team, positive or negative.

Milroe is just not a good QB. He plays slow. I’m just not a fan of his.

Yeah. Gabriel will be a career backup, hopefully escaping the garbage organization that is Cleveland. And the browns will be drafting Mendoza in the 2026 draft. The only one winning there, is the fact they will be getting the top pick.

For the record I was never a huge fan of Milroe. I just understood taking a swing with the late third round pick. Most likely he doesn't develop into a starter but that's just about every third round QB but you have to take a swing sometime. Maybe he surprises and it all clicks at some point who knows. Not likely but oh well.
The draft pick I wish we had back with 20 20 hindsight is Tate Ratledge. I was hoping we would take him when we selected Arroyo and Ratledge has looked real good so far. Having him over Bradford would make our line a pretty good one.
