Well fans, it looks like another slow start to this Twins series. Not a lot of
mariners hitting again. I do want to say that our pitchers may not be as good as a lot of people say they are. I’m not saying they are bad but most of these guys are young. They’re not aces yet, and can see all of them improving with more games under the belts. I think we have a good group of pitchers but we can’t hold teams to zero runs. This offense needs to score runs.

Ended up being a squeaker, but they pulled it off 7-6. Shouldn't have been that close, but Adcock almost blew it.
Strange when you go into the 9th up by 4 and have to bring in Sewald to save it.

Nice to see the offense get Gilbert the win in the 5th. Geno went yard, hope that continues.

Yeah, small sample size of course. Saw Servais talking to him after the game. Hopefully he regains his form.

Guess I should go out on the patio and smoke a cigar more often during the game. Came back in and the mariners scored 4 runs.
Your going to be staying in patio till the seasons over..

Woo a little tight in the first, but the offense picked him up 3 runs in the bottom of the inning.

Woo better top of 2 with 3 up, 3 down. Let's see if the offense can continue what they did in the first. They need to string some good innings together.

They've got to correct that sh*tbag of a start out of the all-star gate, and in a hurry.

Woo had a good 2d, but losing it here in the 3d. At this rate he won't make 5.

Woo getting OJT on throwing to lefties. So far, not so good.

Woo getting shelled. Can't finish the 4th. Gives up 7 runs and leaves a man in scoring position. Perhaps they called him up too soon. :(

No clue why Cal is in the 4 spot lmao awful game for Cal, really has been a down year for Cal all together. Why not give Ford a chance soon. Murphy has been hot but hasn't been playing lately so why not? Also pre game the were taking about limiting Woo's innings the rest of the year, but Scotty leaves him in during a bad game. Genius.

Poor baserunning in the bottom of the first cost them probably 2 runs. Then Cal throwing the ball into centerfield probably cost them another. This team isn't good enough to give away runs.

Adcock looking a little better tonight. Not as much pressure when you're pitching cleanup with a 5 run deficit but you can't get too loose like last night. Still have to pitch.
