Interesting, it's nice to have a team with so many good players that you could have numerous guys as #1. I think I'd choose Thomas as well.

I have a feeling Carmon1274 would disagree with #1

We need data, dammit!

If the article contains no data, it's just an opinion... and we all know what that means.

I am LMAO @ the comments of the Whiner fans. It's a thing of beauty, actually.

This list changes depending on if you are talking about "best players" or "most valuable players" or "toughest to replace players."

In terms of damage if lost:

#1: Wilson
#2: Thomas
#3: Mebane (great player at key position with suspect depth)
#4: Unger
#5: Okung
#6: Miller (scary situation at TE. Any games without Miller will give our offense a flat tire.)
#7: Clemons (would have him much higher but I'm optimistic about the new additions)
#8: Sherman
#9: Lynch (I really like Michael / Ware as starter depth)
#10: Browner

This is a slide show away from Bleacher Report.

I thought the same thing. Sando may have been bland, but he worked hard to unearth insights in nearly every piece he did. There was zero insight in this list, some corny writing, etc. But what took the cake was an obligatory reference to Wilson not having a great arm, which is a sure-fire sign that you don't know much about football.

Hell it looks like he simply read .Net and wrote an artical based on everyones posts, I remember we had a who could we least afford to lose not that long ago, I'm betting the results will be eerily simular.

Yep, that comment right away made me scared. Because it became obvious hes another beat-writer who doesnt take his job seriously. He loves that hes getting paid to slap 4 of these bland articles up a day and get to watch football from the press seats.

Suffice to say, I dont disagree with it.

However, this is a fluff piece you would never see Sando do. I miss him already.

Nothing wrong with a great fluffer.
