Almost exclusively weak contact for the Rangers today and they've got a couple runs to show for it. Meanwhile, all sorts of solid contact and hard hit balls for the Mariners, and they've got nothing to show for it. Honestly, just really unlucky today so far.

This disgraceful collapse to end the season will not be forgotten! We as mariners fans have suffered for too long! 1 playoff appearance in over 20 years! This is a DISGRACE! Management won't be selling me any tickets or tv deals any time soon. Get it together!!!

Hate to say it, but it sure feels like the M's are done, and they're just limping to a 3rd place finish in the AL West and no playoffs.
Bummer. Can't even get a run across. And it's not like they were getting mowed down by Ranger pitching. This season is really boiling down to what most fans always thought it might be. We're short a couple of bats. We rolled the dice going into this season at the plate and we're paying the price for it.
Hopefully we can just get hot here at the very end and at least salvage a playoff spot. If we miss the playoffs, the critics of the front office are going to be out in full force.

Disappointing loss. Season is slowly bleeding away. Sure have been missing Robbie Ray and Marco down the stretch. Could have used a couple of veteran lefties in the rotation instead of the rooks.
Offense back to sleep for a couple of games. We sure suck against pitchers throwing a lot of off-speed and bending stuff. Way to many silly swings on shit out of the zone.

SS is an idiot.. he keeps making lineups based on R vs L vice versa batters.. while Kelenic, Rojas and esp Candonze hit better or even against lefties while hitting better overall in those situations than friggen Moore Cab and Haggerty... what in the actual FFFFFFFF
Im missing SS knowing wtf hes doing.. and trying match up with lower end batters

Are we the only team that can't score on Texas pitching? They typically win games along the lines of 8-6 rather than 2-0.
