Wilson is known for his fragile psyche, stuff like playing this music will disturb him more so than other dudes. Pete needled that fragile psyche on last year's season opener, and Wilson sucked for quite a few games after that.Man, how crazy would it be if every one of Denver's away opponents played this as they were coming onto the field or strategically pumped a few seconds of it in between possessions. Not the explicit lyrics, obviously, just the bass and background instrumental / hook.
If there's a player it would disrupt, I think it would be Russ.
Pete has the final word. He may have been hesitant, but if he was convinced Russ was the answer, he would still be here. and that is if Pete really was holding back on releasing wonder boy, it may not even be true. It may have been a discussion point, but everything is discussed before final decisions are made. P&J seem to work quite well together, so it all worked out no matter what really transpired.Without John Schneider and our ownership, we might still have Russell Wilson.
Rw shows Deion Sanders’ kid how to throw a football in Boulder.
Wilson looked smaller in this video.
Quite an achievement, considering that we all did it without Bro John63;I just realized this thread is 23 pages in. Dang.

Not at all surprising. Russell is arguably the most popular Seahawk player ever, not necessarily in terms of likability, but rather in that even the most casual of fan knows who he is and most have formed an opinion of him.I just realized this thread is 23 pages in. Dang.

I'm glad that you guys have a separate forum/thread to keep all the RW stuff out of Seahawk-related topics. I've been in other forums where one or two posters will do something like compare Geno's production with Russell's, then it turns into another debate about RW.
In general, there seems to be more angst about RW in here than on other sites. There's not many that consistently defend him. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 hoping he burns in hell and 1 being that you want to have his baby, I'm at a 7. I've lost a lot of respect for him over the past few years, but there's lots worse people even within our Seahawk family.
