Pick #40- DE/OLB- Boye Mafe, Minnesota rec'd from Denver in Wilson trade, (was a Snr. Bowl and combine beast)
Pick #41- RB- Kenneth Walker III, Michigan St. (thought to be the best RB in the draft)

Round 3 (1)
Pick #72- OT- Abraham Lucas , Washington St. (a personal favourite choice at this pick and a combine star)

Have to say I think the team has picked well so far. 4 picks to go.

I don't usually get very excited over 7th round picks, but I am this year. Both seem like legit prospects to me. For all the gnashing of teeth about our terrible drafting I think the FO is more than holding their own given the limitations we've been saddled with regarding pick order.

Both of the 7th round picks have the genuine ability to show enough to make the team.

For certain the WR competition this offseason will be brutal and some good players may miss the final cutdown.

Bob Condotta is reporting the team has rec'd a roster exemption for International Player OLB Aaron Donkor. This means the team will be able to Have 91 players soon the active roster or an additional PS player like they allowed last season.

Seattle has also announced a change to the Seahawks’ mandatory minicamp, which was originally set to take place from Tuesday, June 14 to Thursday, June 16. As if the FO needs an excuse, as the numbers inch upwards. It is interesting to notice that the team now has at least 10 players who are listed as safeties. This of course indicates they are looking for some particular guys to play in the new 3 safety system that is favoured by the new defensive coaching.
