Cross will be a go I am pretty sure, it's the depth I wonder about, that and worry about a cheap shot of some sort to reinjure him. Mac has a plan he said, most of those typically work out.

Honestly I think Kight will be ok to back up Cross but since coach won’t say a lot about it it’s hard to be sure. We do have a tackle (Logan Brown who has been on and off the PS most of the season.

As for RBs I think Holani gets back to action the week but it’ll be interesting to see which back they elevate between Akers and Jones for depth.

I expect Cross to play, but not because his health is "recovered" but because we have no other options. He will battle through the ailments and we just have to hope its serviceable against Verse and co. The issue is exacerbated if we don't have either backups available / or if they are available they are also dealing with severe restrictions. Make no mistake, this is the one factor going into the game that I think could really derail the Hawks. Not saying it will, just has the potential to if Charles is going to be struggling.

RB is less of a concern, Holani has always been sufficient in pass blocking and the team seem quite high on him in general.

Mike went on the field with a baseball bat and whacked Bryce on the knee. Problem solved!

Definitely feels like one of those “which guy do we expect fk need
The least this week and what injury should we say he has kind of deal.

Thank you my friend just got to my hotel in Seattle, much appreciated!!!

Updated

Activating two RBs from the PS is clearly insurance to allow them to have a running game. Either that, or the Hawks are sandbagging, or both.

Psyched for this game tomorrow!

By rule both RBs - Cam Akers and Velas Jones Jr. revert to the PS.

Relevant news or rumour :

Doubt things will change in slightest.

The team is well managed, well coached, and has a very solid roster. The team also has an excellent home field, and fine team facilities. There is not a great deal that needs to be changed to acquire a solidly competitive financially strong team. Bring on a new owner who doesn't need to meddle much to keep the team being consistently competitive.

Kraft got his puppet Wickersham to report it. How Brady Henderson got his name attached to the report is beyond me.
Brady seems like a decent sort. What's stupid about the report is it not new information. It was always going to happen that the team would be sold in the next few years, or even this year. No one who's paying attention should be even a little surprised. It just sucks that this has to be a discussion now when the focus should be on the game. If anyone did leak this with an agenda that's just awful because it has nothing to do with the team on the field.

Sure smells like another Patriot machination.

Truly a nothing burger b/c this is old news, rumour immediately denied, but this news is nastiness and if from NE makes you wonder how low they will go.

More reason to kick their Chowda Cheatin’ Asses back to Boston a week from this Sunday.

The team has a potential roster move pending as LB- Chazz Surratt will be out of his return to practice from IR eligibility this week so Surratt has to be activated this week or he remains IR. The team has just one final IR call up remaining and with OT- Amari Kight (knee) not able to practice, as is the case with FB- Robbie Ouzts (neck) it is a possibility one of those to will be placed on IR.
