Let's do this. One day at a time, get that number down. I love that Ray is on the bump today. And I don't give a rip how they do it, what the score is, how it looks, just WIN.
It's literally the only thing that matters.

This year is about seeing what the team looks like with the young talent you brought up after a complete teardown and rebuild, figuring out who the core players are, and getting guys the experience of playing meaningful games like this late in the year and into the playoffs. It's a stepping stone. Just keep grinding guys, it's all valuable for the eventual end goal.

Baseball that matters a LOT in Late September? Yes please
It's about appreciation, and I appreciate what we have in front of us with this team. And especially what they are VERY close to accomplishing. It has been 21 damn years, we are on the doorstop of FINALLY making the playoffs. This is a very good thing.

Sure hope they can shake off that train wreck of a road trip and get a win here.

Bringing in Castillo in a close game is dumb, bringing him in with men on base is asinine.

And this anemic offense and playing down to your competition is infuriating as hell to watch.

They are lucky Baltimore lost tonight.

The Kraken preseason game against the other teams minor league players is more entertaining.

Damn. I doubt it's just me seeing this, but they look very tired, injured and w/out energy. There was just no fire yesterday. Hopefully they heal up a little, but it's VERY clear that several players are playing when they really shouldn't be. I appreciated the effort and fighting thru it, but they are struggling big time.

Let's get it going, soon. Magic number at 5, with 9 to play in 8 days. I still think they make it, but damn.

They actually managed to get a guy home from 3rd with no outs. Not once, but twice. I nearly fainted from shock.
