Friday Starters:
SEA: M. Gonzales (7-12, 4.18 ERA), OAK: C. Irvin (6-10, 3.13 ERA)

Should be another opportunity series.

Might need a crapton of runs tomorrow. Hopefully the fellas have their hitting shoes on. I don’t trust Marco, hoping he proves me wrong.

I understand. He's had some rough outings. Definitely need to bring the bats.

Marco has been shit. Luckily, the A's are also shit.

Marco will have a great day on the mound! Book it!
If so, great. And what would really be great is if it isn't just a one-game success. A consistent batch of great days, game in and game out, would be extra great! Needn't be a no-hitter vs Astros in the playoffs, but needs to stop looking like the guy who pitches at the HR derby.

I actually think he pitches pretty well today, mainly because he is playing Oakland.

Ok Ms, see what Marco's doing? You know what to do. Rack up over 20 hits to counteract the damage!

Marco's calming down and what a beaut of a HR. Hopefully he can get through 6.

Damn, what a key cog in the Mariner machine Haggerty has become. It's got to be official now -- he's an every-day starter!

Holy cow, another homer for Mr. Vibes. They're going to test his pee after the game. And his reaction to his own homer is about the same as how I react to grass growing. "Whatever!"

Suarez with the double dip of HR’s, Brash continues to grow up in front of us. Like Munoz, he needs to trust his fastball a lot more.
