we are borderline overstocked on the D line. why not go after an olineman.

But there have been rumors that the Vikings were looking to trade him and possibly Adrian Peterson too.

The only way this makes sense is if we are making a move with a defensive lineman to bolster our Oline and attempting to make a secondary move for Allen. Or perhaps even making some type of 3 way trade where we get allen and ship him off somewhere else for oline help. Adding to our defensive line now makes little to no sense, even for a guy as good as Allen.
