I did not know that this Jake Heaps guy was RW's personal coach.

I kinda remember guys posting his video breakdowns, which I thought were pretty decent at the time, but now realize he was blowing smoke up our collective a**es where it came to Russell's play.

I get that he was media in Seattle so he's gonna be a little bit biased but now know it was just straight up bullsh**. This personal coach thing better work out because his career as any kind of media guy is done especially in Seattle.

You visit his office not the other way around, and whatever you are coaching will be second guessed by Russ's own personal QB coach. And in the end, Russ will only accept and execute plays that he likes, ie plays that enhance his chance at MVP votes.

We started the Team3 coddling. And for a while, it worked. However, what worked here is not working with Denver at all.

Russ can play with Heaps on his off time.

I hope Heaps is making life changing money from Wilson. He gave up a radio career for it albeit a lot of Heaps usefulness and scoops was being close to Wilson. He's not getting another media gig and if things don't work out at Denver I doubt he gets a college or pro coaching gig.

I really admired his loyality even though he annoyed me at times.
I tried to get him to come back and just start fresh.
He may be here under yet another name I don't know really but
do not be fooled on spelling because he can spell when he wants.

Nothing is going to change in Denver unless the front office/ownership hires and backs a coach who has the balls to bench Wilson until Wilson gets on board with the program. If Wilson won't buy in, then sit there and watch your "legacy" go down the drain. I don't see that happening.

I'm afraid that "Legacy" ship has sailed, along with the Hall of Fame, the 3 more SB's, and every other dream of Russ's. He has committed image "suicide by Russ". He has another 50 or so years to live with what his ego as brought him...

It'd be one thing if it came with being officially employed by the Broncos. That would be worth getting your foot in the NFL door regardless of Russ's performance. Being employed by Russell with how he's playing, could submarine Jake's career potential in TWO industries potentially!

Jake probably thinking Russ was gonna get 3 Superbowls and leapfrog him to an NFL coaching career. What amazes me is how Jake is clueless on Me3's ceiling even though he's the coach.

This should not be hard for Hackett at this point. He has nothing to lose by trying everything.

1. Cut the entourage out of the facility.
2. Make Russ engage in those 7 on 7 drills with his own defense, same as he did with us in 2017. That only resulted in a si story because of Pete’s alleged coddling. That only staved off the inevitable, which is now here.
