Game 1 at 1:10 pm PDT

Luis Castillo (8-6, 2.99 ERA) will start for the Mariners in Game 1.

Right-hander Alek Manoah (16-7, 2.24) has been announced as the Game 1 starter for the Blue Jays.

Think we have a decent chance here. Game one might be first to three runs wins. Manoah will be tough. Heard Jays really struggle against the slider, Castillo has one of the best.

Ray in game 2 worries me a bit. Ton of righties, think Springer is hitting like .400 off him.

Won’t surprise me if we go to the pen early and often. Think we need to use Munoz and Sewald as much as possible when facing guys like Vlad and Springer.

We need Mitch to have an exceptional series. Hopefully when we hit the long ball when guys are on base.

Go Mariners!

Would rather have Flexen than Diego on the roster.
Diego rarely has a clean inning.

Nice start. Need Luis to shut down the Jays and the M’s offense to keep adding on throughout the game.

Couldn't have dreamed for a better start against one of the best pitchers in baseball this season.

Manoah 25 pitches first inning, that is perfect, hopefully we can knock him out in the 4th so they have to start using that pen early

Let's hope the umpire is consistent and calls a bunch of balls pitched by Castillo strikes too.
