You know the BJ's had this weekend circled on their calendar. :)

Nice that Castillo is up first.
I bet! That city will be amped for this rematch

Fingers crossed the bats can get some run support going

The pit
Castillo is wild and threw too many fastballs which they were sitting on.
Started throwing off speed pitches and got outs.

Castillo struggled a bit, but held them to 2 runs in 5.

Another season of the Mariners being the Mariners & not scoring runs when good teams would. They are the masters of not putting a pitcher away when he's struggling. This lineup is packed with guys who are so easy to get out. They strikeout a TON. This team will hover around .500 that's it. They don't have nearly the right players to get on base consistently & drive in runs. All these winnable games they keep losing because of a lack of offense. They've been lucky in the past, it's catching up now.

Nothing better than a 9th inning needing a run & watching a Crawford, LaStella & Wong being your last hope. 2 hitters of course struck out. Don't worry though "it's early"..... These sucky hitters are suddenly going to become good.

Has there ever been a dumber name for anything than "McDelivery Supermo"?

Might as well call it the McFvcktarded DipShitmo.

They kinda got lucky in the past in one run games and extra innings wins but this year has nothing to do with luck the bottom of the line up is worse than it was last year and it was bad last year. About 1/6th into the season so far and this team has downgraded. Losing Winky and Santana hurt. It just did. Then they replace Fraise with Wong. Unless Frazier didn't want to resign here there was literally no reason for that move.

I said before the season & during that Wong SUCKS & I got ripped for that on here, I said Hernandez was a simple replacement & not an ADDITION, therefore they were still mediocre on offense. I said Pollock SUCKS & he does. LaStella SUCKS & he does. The homers on here think every single player DiBozo the 🤡 brings in is going to be a great player. His track record for acquiring hitters has been abysmal. Been saying the whole time this team is going to struggle to score & they weren't going to continue to get lucky in these close games. All this "Control the Zone" nonsense is ridiculous. These guys strikeout more than anybody & they are very easy to get out. Typical RH M's hitter: take 2 fastballs right down the middle, on strike 2 swing & miss the off speed breaking pitch in the LH batters box dirt.

Okay. We're way short on hitting now. Obviously. We're probably going to have to make a move and pay up for it if we're going to contend. There's just too much weakness in this order.

3rd inning. 1 baserunner & SB. 3 K's again. 0 runs. M's hitters are frighteningly consistent.

4th inning. Teoscar K's once again. Pretty sure he K'd in every AB in this series so far. Book is out on him: get 2 strikes & throw it in the dirt, he will chase every time. Amazing how every guy who goes to Seattle suddenly turns into an easy out. Julio & Teoscar will be battling for the 2023 whiff crown, with Suarez & Raleigh right on their heels. Yup, "Control the Zone" Jerry. That's totally ridiculous. Gonna have the most strikeouts & least amount of walks.
