OK I can add, but if you look at the roster page I have 90 including CJ Johnson. Who's missing?

Thank you !

This is another UDFA I knew next to nothing about. This of causes me to ask where did you find out about him as my UDFA sources don’t include hiim. This of course causes me to wonder about the accuracy of my other purported signings.

These UDFA signings are perpetually a source of some frustration to me as many report they have signed when they are only a camp invite. Oh well.

If he’s signed though that makes 29 UDFAs, and as you observed above, somebody will need to go.

Son of a gun! (Stronger words privately).

Wouldn’t be the first time I screwed up reproducing a list.

Shows why having you guys in oversight helps to keep this roster page accurate.

Thanks!

Updated.

Yep, and it's a curse sometimes.

At least we know there are more than a few of us.

I've been looking at Bryan Mone's contract and I'm pretty sure he's getting cut soon, as he's due a $500K roster bonus June 1.

He would receive the maximum injury protection pay which is $2,050,000. The way the CBA reads, though, only $1,230,000 of that counts against the cap. That plus his remaining bonus pro-ration of $1M would leave his dead cap at $2.23M. His current cap figure is $3.675K so the team would save $1.445 in 2023 cap.

This wouldn't help much in the short term as the rule of 51 would add back $750K, but it would be real dollars going into the season when things will get pretty tight.

Thanks for that, it’s clear you still are a cap guru. Good stuff!

Had wondered if he was vulnerable, but could get re-signed towards the end of the season when he returns to being able to play again.

This should get us through signing the draft picks. More room will be needed going into the season.

Since I've predicated Bryan Mone is getting cut ---- I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Jamal Adams will be cut entering training camp. He won't be healthy and they can't afford his salary if he's not certain to be ready to play.

That, sir, is a bold prediction.

Pete has been loath to break free from Jamal. The sweet reward of his 9.5 sack season in 2020 mesmerizes Pete like the call of the sirens.

Pete, Pete... it's me, Jamal. If only you'll stick with me one more year. Believe in me, Pete. Believe.
