If the defense that we have seen in the last couple games shows up???? We lose the next two - easily - and cling to the hope that the Rams are worse than we are to reach a 4-5 record.

All in all - I expected a 500 team this season - I imagine we will lend up close to that. It takes times for a new coach - new system and lord knows we need some new players.

Atlanta and Buffalo both like to run the ball. So we're going to have to be improved in that area to have a chance. The Rams like to run the ball too, but they haven't had much success this year doing that.

And we have to be able to run the ball. Right now we're 27th in the league in rushing. But both Atlanta and Buffalo have weak rushing defenses. Buffalo is 24th and Atlanta is 26th in stopping the run (we are 28th), so we have a chance to get the running game going.

I wouldn't be shocked if we won in Atlanta (road game and early start, after all). Then, just when we start feeling good about this team again, we come home and take a big dump vs. Buffalo. In fact, I'm calling it now: Win at Atlanta, loss vs Buffalo.

I think we will beat Atlanta, I would say the rams too but it's a division game. We always seem to find a way to lose to them. Don't see us beating Buffalo though.
