I highly doubt that DK and Wagoner will want to be on a team in full rebuild mode. The will be going somewhere else for sure!

They won’t want to pay Metcalf 20 mil+. With Locketts contract they can’t pay that much for WRs. They should trade him. I saw a story of “projected trades” that had Metcalf going to the Bears for 2 second rounders. I’d think the could get a first for him, but someone like Washington isn’t likely to give up the #11 pick for him. 2 seconds might be realistic fromeither the Bears or Commanders

I can’t see keeping Lockett and Metcalf. If this ends up being a rebuild, dead money or not, you trade them now.
