Only two of those fumbles have come in the past three years. If we're making decisions on what's best for the team in the NOW, why does it matter what struggles he might have had as a young player if he has shown to be past them?DK has lost 8 fumbles in his career, the most of any WR since he entered the league. Losing to the NYG's at home was our worst defensive performance of the year but his fumble near the red zone later resulting in a NY TD didn't help. He was also fined for unnecessary roughness in that game rounding out a 4 catch, 55 yard effort.
And who cares if he gets fined for unnecessary roughness? Does that count against our cap or something? It wasn't even flagged. The NFL fines seemingly half the league for something every week.
