I suspect it is like Karl and Kemp.

They could have won more if Karl hadn't made some terrible decisions.

But they were both better with each other than apart.

Even so, I am betting Wilson isn't great this year. Then goes on a tear the last half of the season as he gets a feel for his WRs.

Finally next year he becomes a legit playoff threat. And has an MVP type season, even if his new coach holds the team back.

People want instant vindication on this, but that is not how it works.

You're not going to know for 3 years, unless something extreme happens.

He was training with them before training camp..I think your
expecting way too much from an old horse with one leg.
