We are not going anywhere until all three of these guys are no longer with the organization. I am so sick and tired of this crap.

Season OVER.

Grubb for sure is on the hot seat. Can't be that pass happy and expect to win. Didn't look like he had a game plan

Inexcusable lack of run game today. Vikings basically sat in two deep shells and we couldn’t punish it. I liked the Grubb hire but he isn’t learning/adapting to the NFL fast enough. I am on the fence of keeping him next year.

JS has clear areas to upgrade. If the IOL instant markedly improved by game 1 we have an issue.

Grubb is one and done. Schneider will probably get the entirety of McDonald's tenure.

Laumea and Olu have exceeded my run blocking expectations, but that's not too meaningful when you have an OC that likes to pass it 10-20 times straight.

I've been down on Grubb, then I thought he was making some adjustments / growing in that big Cardinals win. I blew off the Jets fiasco. Then GB happened. And now the lack of ground game today. I want to see a different OC.

going to have to keep Geno through his contract. the draft is an absolute wasteland for QB's. the worst I have seen in years. Grub will get another season.

Why? So we can finish mediocre again? Eff that. Cut him, play Howell, take a flyer on a project qb and draft a qb the next year if Howell shits the bed hard.

Grubb needs be launched out of the NFL. The going away from the run AGAIN is inexcusable, it is sheer stupidity.

Geno's situation will be complicated. This was a 'bad' season for our offense (closer to average than actually bad, though), but he's 34 and this was well under what we should expect from him based on the last two years.

But, the biggest reason for that... is Grubb. Let's be 100% real here. There are knowledgeable Seahawks watchers on both sides of the Geno argument. There are basically none who think Grubb is good.

Mark Schlereth, Corbin Smith, the Seattle Overload guys, Field Gulls... everyone who has put any time into studying the 'Hawks offense say he's terrible. The only people who still make pro-Grubb arguments are big Husky-homers who hate Geno and guys like me who were advocating for him to get more time.

Well, I have officially disembarked from that train. There are plenty of mistakes you can forgive an OC trying to make that transition to the NFL. Consistently forgetting you have RBs even when you actually want to burn some clock isn't one of them.

As for Schneider... I'm ok with him. I think we overall did well with our off-season and mid-season moves and I think the historical awfulness of our O-Line is overblown.

That all said, season isn't actually over even though this week went as badly as possible. Here's hoping the Cards have some pride and we beat the snot out of the Bears.

Salud!
