Yep. Loved hearing him say he's here to stay. Usually, players just don't say a word about it.
Absolutely agree. Wasn’t Eeyor’ing. Just that the priority need(s) were Guard and LB.Might not have been the highest ranked need overall but….
It may have been the biggest need we had the opportunity to address with an obvious upgrade.
He said the same thing in NO.And he told the media he's here to stay. He sure doesn't sound like a "rental" to me.
Well…he didn’t ask for a trade.. his intention might have been to stay in NO.He said the same thing in NO.
I suspect they will get that done though!
Just emphasizing the nature of the game.Well…he didn’t ask for a trade.. his intention might have been to stay in NO.
I always took the "More Bobo" crowd as joking and just enjoyed typing the phraseWhich so strange because before the season Bobo was the talk of the town...now barely a chirp..what happened?
I even joined in a few times. I equate it somewhat to the 'more cowbell' memes.I always took the "More Bobo" crowd as joking and just enjoyed typing the phrase![]()

At least he's saying all the right things. He wants to win games. He's happy things went the way they did.
This. It is fun to type "Bobo"I always took the "More Bobo" crowd as joking and just enjoyed typing the phrase![]()
I don’t smoke. We don’t need this guy. He has 12 TDs in 4 years. Troy Horton already has 5. He’s going to be a lot better than Shaheed. Saints got two picks for him.
Horton is a better route runner and overall more complete player with a high ceiling. If Shaheen can hit some home runs deep, that’s great. I hope the first will be Sunday to beat the Rams.Maybe you should. Free your mind a little bit because I don’t know how you can declare this trade as unnecessary when the Seahawks in actuality just put him in their uniform even if was to augment a strength.
Do you think they just randomly spun a wheel of available players? (Shaheed) Then just rolled two dice (4 and 5, I guess thats what we’ll give him). Or hired a team of manatees picking from random balls.
Nah, dude there was due diligence for fit and need balanced with having to bargain for his services. In a perfect world, we give up nothing and we dont have to sit here and argue.
But to actually debate against what I quoted:
11 of his receiving TDs were 40+ yards. Third best since 2022.
He had scored 8 TDs within a 21 game stretch when Derek Carr was his QB. part of which he wasn’t a full time starter yet. Carr being the best QB he’s played with.
Shaheed also has 15 total TDs in 42 games. JSN has 14 TDs in 42 games. You arent complaining about JSN’s lack of scores, right?
Horton is promising but you cannot rely on a just a rookie especially deep into the season when first time pros start to fatigue because they are only used to 12-13 games.
If anything if you should be happy for Horton, because it gives him another player to learn and sponge from, especially a player with very similar size, athleticism, and skillset. It will also give Horton better matchup advantages because he’s going to be further down the list of priorities for defenses.
And that fact Horton and Shaheed complement each other very well in terms of their scoring abilities. Most of Horton’s scores have come within or close to the Red Zone while Shaheed scores have been home-runs from further out. So, potentially Seahawks just frankenstiened together the perfect #2 WR next to JSN, and perhaps pushed Kupp into the #3 role/slot only role once he gets healthy where he can play more to his current strengths as blocker and moving the chains in crucial situations and less being counted on as a big time play-maker.

It's a rhetorical question.First day on .net?
