What is up with this team and the RBs constantly getting hurt? You would think four RBs would be enough, but no. I dont see other teams having the same issue. Just frustrating and bad luck I guess.

What’s up with having no RB’s on the practice squad in the age of Covid?
Dumb on so many levels.

Both us and the 49ers have historically relied on rbs to be not just great pass blockers but super physical. For us it was Marshawn and for them it's Mostert.

Marshawn was able to take it but that's once in a generation really.

I've been fascinated w/Boston Scott of the Eagles after he showed up for our game last year and then the playoffs. He's only 5'6" so he wasn't that physically involved with the blocking; he's just extremely fast and doesn't seem to get hurt.

Because you can literally bring in a rb off the street and they can be effective. Just like homer was last year and got hated on for no reason. Even lynch said homer did his job. Plus, the hawks probably have looked at everyone put there and have a few players in mind in case. Or maybe they arent making moves because they already have. Happy with homer and dallas.

They had Carson, Hyde, Homer, and Dallas available for the Cards game as well as Nick Bellore. That’s basically 10% of the active roster.

Why is it dumb “ on so many levels” to not dedicate additional resources at that position on the practice squad?

Agreed. They have addressed the position and are more than happy with what they have.

We went heavy on the roster with Dallas and Homer as well as Bellore. Typically we only have maybe two RB's oh and also Hyde and Penny on IR then Carson starting.

I disagree with this. Lets see how effective Dallas is today.

The fact that Carson is listed as questionable to play today rather than doubtful or out is a step in the positive direction. It looked like he would be listed as out all week on the injury report.

That's because you read one sentence and not the whole statement.
