Why it would even cross Scotty's mind to throw him that pitch. And then he has Teo go up there and swing at terrible pitches when it's clear German cant throw strikes. Scotty doesn't have a clue. Idk about resigning Teo after this season. Dude strikes out too much. Scotty don't know that apparently. That at bat proved the Ms have no hitting coaching. None. They just throw guys out there to swing away.

Welcome to the big leagues Miller. His one pitch repertoire will get it done vs Oakland, not real teams like the Yankees who come into Seattle & whoop their asses everytime. By the way, Jeff Nelson is on the Yankee broadcast & he isn't impressed with Miller either. He's also completely right..... The Mariners have ALWAYS been intimidated by the Yankees, even in 2001. Block me Rah Rah's......

Doubt Servais wants Miller, or anyone else, throwing fastballs down the middle. Miller just wasn't very good tonight.

I have no idea why any MLB pitcher would throw Teo anything but a slider low and away a foot off the plate. He'll strike out nearly every time, and even in the extremely rare event that he walks, still no damage done.

Good ol' Scotty leaving the rook out there to continued to get pummeled.... Hope he isn't totally shell shocked now, some guys never recover from 8 runs & 11 hits. Should've gone to the bullpen after 3, it's obvious the Mariners wet the bed again. Real baseball franchise vs a clown show.
