When I saw that Marco was starting, Raleigh was resting, and the rookie was back out there, I concluded that Servais was writing this series off and thinking ahead to St Louis.

Then, good Marco showed up and the rookie played well (despite not coming through in the 9th). I started thinking we might actually win! Well, the joke's on me...
