No. I'm the opposite of emotionally attached. My opinion is almost entirely numbers-based. And if you take the time to look at the numbers and read these critiques, you'll realize who's being emotional in their analysis (Hint: It's not me). For example, Seattle had one red zone trip in the entire game. Geno was good against pressure. Etc.

But don't let the numbers get in the way of your gut feelings.

All things equal, I don't think Tua, Purdy, Stroud, or Hurts are better QBs than Geno right now. And I'd put Geno somewhere in the Cousins, Burrow, Goff, Prescott, and Stafford range. So in order:

Well, the numbers tell a different story. But I appreciate the insight.

Geno will move up in Success Rate after this game, so we're looking at a potential top 8 QB after this week. I know. Math sucks.

Football is a team game. One player gets beat or blows assignment everything else is off. Today we are going to start our tenth different combination on the offensive line. Everybody with their 20/20 hind site keeps coming up with the should have, could have stuff. Just doesn’t work that way. The team will look at the film see where they need to improve do to get better. Pretty much every QB in the league will have rough patches playing behind make shift offensive lines. The future is the QB of this team, well like every position, come off season we evaluate where we need to improve and the realistic options of doing so

The red zone play calling and oline issues aren't helping down there
All I really see is great receivers beating guys and Rbs that beat guys and a qb who can either make a quick play reaction or have to hold onto it forever bcuz the play design isn't drawing players open or taking advantage of overloads or lack of efficiency by the other team and then a panic interception or a sack
It's the panic int that doesn't sit well but the team loves him so there's that lol
Waldrons doing ok but i'm not gonna put him in the mcvay or shanny realm of being great so were left with what we got
Gettin really tired seein this beat up oline try to get a rb 2 yards into the endzone and the coach knowin it's not likely try and try again

Actually watch a game man. You want numbers what is our red zone & 3rd down conversion rate? It's flat pathetic! Geno ain't no top 10 QB when it counts, hell we have all this talent on Offense and can't score over 20pts. If you're more impressed by a QB who lost 20-10 and went 19/33 for 146 over a QB who won 20-10 and went 18/24 for 219, then yes.
