Poor Rashaad Penny. The dude can't buy a break. He goes to Philly, then they acquire D. Swift. Swift leaves and in comes Barkley. Penny is still outside looking in.

Penny is a FA anyway. Hard to feel sorry for him when he was a healthy scratch most of last season. 11 carries for 33 yards, and 1 catch for 5 yards. He's probably done.
