Incredible. We live in the OC and have gone to an away game this year in Arizona, which was amazing but to witness what you fans have going in Seattle is incredible. We started out at FX and had a great breakfast. We went and spent the next two hours shopping for Seahawk gear. We spent a lot. The people were great, lots of craziness but it was all in good fun and nature, just loyal fans having a great time. We went into the stadium and the game started and it took a little time for the hawks to get rolling but man the place was insane. The sound was amazing. My brother had ear plugs (wimp) and we loved the whole experience. We parked at 1st and Cherry in a parking garage, we left that garage, made a right and left and we were on 99 to the airport. We made our 7:45 flight with time to spare. Overall, incredible. Just incredible. We have now started a Seahawk savings account. $200 each payday is going into this so by next season, we will be able to come up for a few more games plus a few road games. Seattle fans are the best.

Thanks for sharing your memorys. Sadly being at McCorys you were half a block from Temple Billiards where many of the .net people gp before and after the game. Maybe next time.

Once you've had your head in a Seahawks game you're hooked for life.

It was my first time a Clink as well. I took my 5 year old son. We flew in from Boise for the day just for the game. Touchdown city was awesome for him. My son was excited for the game itself but he didn't really get into it until the 4th quarter. It was very surreal seeing so many people wearing Seahawks stuff. I am form the East coast originally and have rooted for the Hawks since inception. I was lone man out rooting for them in Redskin territory. Now to see everyone rooting for the same team as me was a bit overwhelming. Good but weird.
Things that made going to game worthwhile.
1) 12 man flag raising (especially this week with Medal of Honor guy).
2) Everyone there (mostly) rooting for same team as me:)
3) Seeing the players in real life and size. The game has a different size live then on TV.
4) Crowd noise and participating.
5) Not giving a crap about weather. Rain or shine (and we had both yesterday) it didn't matter.
6) The intelligence of the 12th man. Everyone quiet when we were on offense and loud on D. Also everyone concerned and happy about the 49ers loss:)
7) Witnessing Seahawks history live so I can say I saw a game during the 1st Superbowl victory. I will be passé after there 7th and 8th Superbowl victories.

Not sure when I will get back since I won the game tickets and got a financial pardon from he wife to fly out. Otherwise to expensive. Plus my daughter is a Seahawks fan and when she gets older thats another flight and ticket to game. One day again but no time soon.

I agree with you. Everything about it is great. My wife, born and raised in Southern California, loves the sun is suddenly telling me how much she likes the Seattle area and since I came from this area, I would leave SoCal in a second.

Nothing like being in the stadium and really experiencing the 12th man in person, something every fan should do at least once.

Glad you guys had a great experience...
