Well if they never score or get a 1st down they only need someone to boot the ball to the opposition once or twice a game, might feel it's not needed and a wasted roster spot. On the other hand, Oakland kept two kickers.

If you throw an interception on every drive you only need to kick once a game

I have been officially warned. But really? No kicker? Bet they go after the kicker New England released. He's seriously good but will cost money. I am sure the Browns have the cap space.

No doubt. I hate to say this, but much as I hated him in SD....norv might be good w wheedon here. Some should not be HCs, and stick to where to their talent lies.

will be a decent O this season....surprisingly so.

There's a big difference in pressure and responsibility between a coordinator and head coach, that's for sure. Norv might very well thrive in Cleveland.
