Seahawks Waive Four Players Following 2025 NFL Draft

The Seahawks waived quarterback Jaren Hall, linebacker Michael Dowell, center Michael Novitsky and outside linebacker Kenneth Odumegwu on Tuesday.

Wonder howw much the team was really looking for a NT in the draft or with FAs. I had been of the belief that the team was not overjoyed with the play of Hankins last season he knows the system though. Perhaps they see him as somewhat of a mentor for younger players. Time will tell.

I show 92 players on the roster including Hankins who's new deal hasn't been announced. I'm assuming 1 player has to be cut to be legal by end of business today, but it's also possible one of the new guys is international so would be exempt, I just don't know who that might be.

Also, .Com has Drew Lock back at #2 and Brandon Pili at #95.
