Who knows? September is going to be tough and our pitchers seem to have had some bad games lately when they are our strength, if Felix, Kuma etc get their mojo back i'll feel more confident. The Angels look red hot right now despite their bull pen woes and we have two series against them. The A's are tough with two series against them. We should win the series against the Rangers and hopefully the Blue Jays, we seem to struggle against the Astros.

Bull pen woes? We have absolutely nothing of the sort. It's the best pen i've ever seen us have since I started supporting the club. Been absolutely lights out once Dipoto worked his magic.

Went to the game last night... Im not a huge baseball guy. Im the type that if I were the same about Seahawks we would hate..total fair weather fan, and just decided to follow the Mariners because it involves a lot less research if youre a Seahawks fan. Anyway, it was a great game. The Nats are so legit and I feared the worse but was pretty impressed with Mariners baseball. The CF ..Jackson? excellent. Late game, James Jones showed he will be a valuable September asset.
Cant say I liked the DH though.. D-something.. thats the best they can do at DH? Plan on hitting a couple games next week after the Oakland roadtrip. Pretty fun to have meaningful baseball to watch between Hawk games!

It was Denorfia last night. He is our utility guy, but mainly plays RF. Basically our Bloomquist replacement and the RF until Saunders returns.
