Why people defended him in Seattle or now is something I'll never understand. His success after being a career journeyman was cool and he deserves credit for it. Everything after that year was a disaster tho.

I got the same impression.

As a QB, my biggest problem with Geno was that when things weren't going well, rather than talk it over with his offense or his coaches, he'd just go to the bench by himself and pout. My most vivid memory of this habit of his was two years ago vs. the Niners. Metcalf didn't make a sharp enough cut and wasn't where he was supposed to be, which caused Geno to throw an interception. Rather than go talk it over with him, Geno just went to the bench and spiked his iPad.

Did anyone hear him cussing at Tyler Lockett while they were in the field?

I would say his first HALF year as the full time starter in Seattle was great. Starting with the overseas game vs Tampa Bay, he got exposed. It's been a slow, steady regression ever since.

I didn't as I quite often will either mute the sound or fast forward 20-30 seconds between plays until I catch up with the game in real time.

I don't wish ill on any person, but when it comes to a game where the players make millions of dollars I'll root for some and not for others if I please, like most people do.

I dont love Geno, i dont even know the dude. I love how he gave it everything he had on the field while he was here. I love how he took accountability for his crap play. I love how he took a bullet for all the picks even though they weren't all his fault. Besides the deficiencies in the red zone, and the occasional head scratching decisions, I loved Geno being our QB. And I still say today, put him behind a quality OLine, he can play with the best of them. Let's face it, Pete Carroll did him no favors, and is still screwing him with his crap OLines. Same with Wilson. What those two did behind some of the worst lines in our franchise history is nothing short of a miracle. But I guess we're going to just gloss over all that.

You said Geno was a horrible player, and and a horrible teammate while he was here. I called BS, and asked for proof. Still waiting. If that makes you worried about me or makes me have some type of issues, ok.

Listen, does Geno have character issues? Absolutely. Has he been a bad teammate at times in his career? Absolutely. Is he acting like an ass now? Absolutely. I agree with all of that. What i don't agree with is yours and others statements about him during his time here. Those statements are false and quite frankly unnecessary. Then for a clown to post some BS videos of him getting mad, or yelling at a teammate is as corny as it gets. You could literally post videos of any qb in the history of this game doing the same exact thing.

As I've stated, I've seen this site drag, RW, Earl, Kearse and other former players through the dirt after they left. And for what? What is there to gain from that? Hell i saw folks attacking Lockett last year, why Because his production decreased? It's absolutely ridiculous how fast this fanbase will turn on a player.

So, It has nothing to do with Geno really, I'm just sick of folks on this site attacking former players who did nothing but leave it all on the field for this franchise. And people wonder why players have zero loyalty these days.

I guess I'm from a different era, unless a player came here and was a piece of crap like Adams or Harvin, Im gonna root for you wherever you go and wish you the best.
