Thanks Jville you have caused me to rethink this player. Perhaps as a chess piece Kaufam’s positional versatility may allow him to be kept. For sure the team has been looking for returners with talent for quite a while. His abilities as a S and tackling may also play a big factor for him which I discounted. Martinez has shown well so far in his abilities as a blocker and there is little doubt he’s a hard inside runner and is likely kept though. Do feel bad for McIntosh as I thought he was starting to emerge as a player.

Thanks kidhawk much appreciated!!!

Wow!

That was a quick assessment for Rogers had thought he was of size range they were looking to build upon.

It's clear though they are looking for something at DT.

Here is draft profile for Griffin:

Griffith was 320 at the combine.

Updated.

DK Kaufan is now listed on seahawks.com roster as a running back at 5'8" carrying 206 lbs and assigned number #33.

NFLPA updated the available cap space, and based on the figures, the Seahawks are being charged for the $234,000 guaranteed salary for Zy Alexander, who was waived with NFI status. I was curious if his NFI status would void his guarantee, and I guess we have our answer.

Thanks Hawkstorian, sort of expected as much. I truly think this player might be back in some fashion or another after getting healthy, the team wanting him to stay until he was unable to practice. Suspect in the end it won’t be money wasted.

The roster churn continues. Guess Griffith wasn't what they were looking for.

Thanks kidhawk, always appreciated!!!

Griffith got a nice paid trip to Seattle for a few days. A story to tell his grandkids!

For his sake I hope he has more to tell his grandkids than his one visit to Seattle. Still think Griffith's career is far from being over but perhaps just not here.

Looks to be a player that had a lower ceiling than projected. It happens ...............

I liked Noah Fant and didn't blame him for being underused. But, Noah Fant is no Arroyo! Arroyo seems like a guy who will shine bigtime for us. We are, one step at a time, building a roster to die for. But it could be that this year we have taken several steps at one time. I love this draft class.

We have not used a TE to their strengths since Holmgren was here. Get pass catching TE's ask them to be blockers, get Blockers ask them to be pass catchers.
