I'll laugh if Seattle gets in, and the only thing they do is knock SF out of the playoffs. I'll be more than happy with that result.
Or, by some magic, be playing our best game during the playoffs, pull off three unlikely wins and go to the big dance...Just to get blasted in the first round by the Niners or Eagles.
Eeyore. LolPlayoffs? Are you kidding me. This team will be lucky to get 7 wins and even if they back door their way in, it's not deserved
Not quite, but close. If the Rams and Vikings both win out, it doesn't matter if the Seahawks win out, they'd still miss the playoffs. The Seahawks need to win out, and they need either the Rams or Vikings to lose one of their last three. They do. They control their own destiny right now. Win 3 and they are in. I'm gonna' enjoy all of it. 5 teams sitting at 7-7, this just got interesting.
The doom and gloomers won't take away my enjoyment.
Yep. Winning sucks! Making playoffs is a really bad thing! We MUST hate winning. We MUST downplay anything good that happens to this team. This place is becoming so bad. Its why i try to not engage much anymore but sometimes i still get sucked in. Playoffs are now bad? Got it.
Especially the Vikings with a third string QB and two games against the Lions. Not quite, but close. Seahawks are the 8th seed right now with the Rams and Vikings ahead of them in the Wildcard chase, all with 7-7 records.
One loss in 6 games between the 2 teams should be a given??
THIS^^^^ This is what I've been saying all along.Get to the playoffs, and let’s see how healthy other teams are. You never know. Health, luck and momentum can turn around a season.
There are 2 spots open, and Seattle's major competition are the Rams, who still play the 49ers in SF, and Minnesota, who still has 2 games against the Lions.I don't see how Seattle gets in if they win out, if the Rams also win out.
**** off.I don't want to see this team in the playoffs tbh. I have seen enough of this team to know that we're going to get slaughtered there. I want the chance to get some more premium prospects on the team. That is the only way that we're going to make some noise, more talent. When virtually half the league gets into the postseason these days, it doesn't really seem like just a big accomplishment to get there. Quite frankly the way we've played this year we don't deserve it.
Except for the fact that the Eagles have been in a free fall lately. Hurts has thrown just one touchdown in his last three games and the Eagles have now lost three straight games. They are a decent team but they're in a huge downslope.THIS^^^^ This is what I've been saying all along.
The game last night is proof of what a FULL team putting in their best efforts can do.
