Hour 1: Seahawks Wide Receiver Rashid Shaheed on His Electric Kick Returning Skills

Seahawks Wide Receiver Rashid Shaheed joins the show to talk about the bye week and being able to watch some football, his adjustment to getting traded to Seattle, his relationship with Klint Kubiak, and his ability to be a top tier kick returner. //

Take Two: Dolphins fired Mike McDaniel this morning after four seasons and two playoff appearances, both of which came in his first two years…Dolphins also need GM and said they will hire that position first before looking to a head coach. Deadline to exchange salary arbitration numbers is today and the Mariners have agreed to a $15.65 million contract for Randy Arozarena and $6.55 million with George Kirby in order to avoid arbitration //

Wyman & Bob break down their level of concern about the Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak & DC Aden Durde being requested to interview for potential head coaching positions. Could the be a distraction for the team as they wait to play their first playoff game next week? //

The guys go through the shock in the market of agents in both college and the NFL. Demond Williams’ agent has parted ways with him and Russell Wilson has left his agent Mark Rodgers

Hour 2: Another NFL Head Coach Bites The Dust

Wyman & Bob go around the NFL to give us all the news of the day including the Dolphins firing Mike McDaniel as their head coach and Jared Allen making a claim that he and Myles Garrett should both hold the NFL single-season sack record. //

Sweeping the Dial: Leonard Williams was asked about the trait that best embodies Sam Darnold’s leadership. Julian Love explains how they deal with offenses going up-tempo. Pete Thamel said that the Demond Williams situation shows how toothless the NCAA is as the supposed governing body for the sport //

Ross Tucker, CBS Sports NFL analyst and host of the “Ross Tucker Podcast” joins the show to talk about how his perspective changed on the Seahawks from the start of the season and his opinion on the Seahawks offensive and defensive lines //

The guys reiterate their happiness about the improvement of the Seahawks offensive line compared to the last few years.

Hour 3: Who From the 202 Draft Class Should the Seahawks Re-sign?

Wyman & Bob answer the question of if their opinions have changed since the start of the season about some of the Seahawks pending free agents of the 2022 draft class and if they want them back
