The 49ers have looked really tough in their first three games. None of the things that I thought (or hoped) would go wrong for them has come to pass: The offensive line losing McGlinchey, Trent Williams aging, the change in defensive coordinators, overpaying for Javon Hargrave, the poor secondary, the wear and tear on CMC, Nick Bosa's holdout.

Well, the offensive line looks just fine and is in better shape than ours. Trent Williams looks feisty. That defense looks better than ever. Javon Hargrave is the real deal. (In sharp contrast to our FA pick up, Dre'mont Jones.) McCaffrey is having a great year, averaging 6 yards per carry and at this rate will wind up with 2,000 yards rushing. And they don't need a secondary given that pass rush.
