I dunno. Kirk seems better but the dude has won 1 playoff game and might just be on the decline from here on out. Geno probably works better as a bridge and we haven't seen him outside of the PC influence/handicap on offense yet. Kirk's contract is awful too.

Not happening. I've never been a Cousins fan. This guy has been suckering teams out of insane amounts of money for years. Let Atlanta suffer with their dumb decision.

Considering Cousin's recent injury, I can't imagine Seattle even considering this.

Cousins is excellent, but really makes no sense for where we are as a franchise. The Falcons should have tried to trade for someone like Geno if they were planning on taking a rookie QB early, but it's too late for that now.

In a vacuum? Theoretically? Maybe it would work.

In the real world? No way. We don't want that contract, and Atlanta sure as hell isn't going to pay any portion of that contract for us if we take him. And I am not willing to give up ANY draft capital to make such a trade happen.

From a human resources point of view, Atlanta's pick is inexplicable. They've now set themselves up for a year-long QB controversy. And these are always 100% great for team unity and cohesiveness, right?

If Penix plays the first 2 preseason games lights-out, what is everyone talking about? The first bad game Cousins has?

No thanks. Why bring that here?
