Trying to say he is not a quarterback in order to show the difference between him and any other quarterback is an error in the understanding of what a quarterback is.

Its david carr syndrome. You have a sackmaster qb that doesnt get the ball out. That holds it like crazy. If he got the ball out the o line would look much better. Beating seattle is easy these days. Blitz like crazy and watch your mega star crumble

Dude, this is an ALL TIME horrible O-line. It's ranked dead last in pass protection, pressures and sacks given up...........and has it's QB on pace to break the all time sacks allowed record (72).

Yes, sometimes Russell holds the ball too long because he's trying to make a play. But when the balls snapped and your QB is under immediate pressure at a clip of 65% of the time? It's bad, REALLY bad.

Dilfer couldnt throw a pass and won one,
Brad Johnson was the prototype for noodle arm and won one.

Peyton Manning and Brett Favre both only won one and have all the NFL records. Difference is manning and favre kept the teams in contention every year. Even if there teams were not that great. Wilson needs an all star team, and hope the other teams defense is beat up to succed.

It drives me crazy when there is something that is proven to work in the NFL and something that is not. Constant scrambling qb's have never been the answer in the NFL
