Here is the updated list of players currently under contract with the Seahawks that will be free agents:

Unrestricted
Alan Branch
Jason Jones
Leroy Hill
Marcus Trufant
Steven Haushka
Frank Omiyale
Cameron Morrah
Deon Butler
Patrick Chukwurah
Ryan Longwell

Restricted
Clint Gresham
Clinton McDonald
Chris Maragos

I'd like to see them re-sign Alan Branch for sure. If we can do another one year deal with Jason Jones that would be fine too.
Re-sign Haushka and Gresham. Both guys were good on special teams all year.

Love Trufant and Hill but I think both of their times with this organization have passed. None of the other seven had any significant impact this season in my opinion (maybe Maragos as a special teams guy).

This website is great, and does a really good job staying current (see Chukwurah and Longwell being on the list):

Agree on Branch.

I'm torn on Jason Jones. He looked great in the preseason and could probably be brought back really cheaply. Personally i'd bring him back and add him to whatever pile we end up with on the d'line.

I'd like to keep Leroy Hill around just because he's one of my personal favorites, but I dont think he should be starting next season.

The rest can all be pretty easily upgraded, imo.

Longwell was a solid kicker for many years. If he can win a job, I think we'd be foolish not to give him the chance. That is unless some really amazing college kid can be had on the cheap draft wise.

Branch is the biggest name on the list (which is amazing) and he will probably be the priority signing of our own guys. I would like to see Jones back on a cheap deal again if possible. Hauschka is solid and I would love him back. Clint Gresham is a breath of fresh air after a few years of disaster at the position.

Everyone else will probably be gone. And I'm good with it.

Time to fine a stud pass rusher through trade, FA, or draft...and re-sign a few of our young guys.

Hauschka solid?!? Were you being serious? Serviceable yes, solid? I think not! The guy has been consistent, I'll give him that, but he doesn't have that great of range, and he can't kickoff worth a damn!

Frank Omiyale has come in and done w real good job when asked, his value in the market may not be high and a bargain to keep.

I thought he was solid. I thought his kickoffs were fine. He had 36 touchbacks, which put him in line with most of the kickers in the league. Janikowski, who has one of the strongest legs in the league, had 38. Akers had 40. Gould had 38. Only the elite kickers like Gostkowski (52) and Walsh had significantly more and I never was trying to say Hauschka is an elite kicker in the NFL.

He only missed 3 FGs (88%) which put him as one of the most accurate kickers this year. The other top kickers missed about the same amount of kicks (2 or 3).

Not sure what you are expecting out of the kicker position.

Can't risk losing Haushka, that guy gets me onto too many nice golf courses I couldn't play otherwise! I think we need Jason Jones. I'm not as high on him as I am some others, but we don't get any interior pass rush from anybody else. I wouldn't overpay Branch. He's above average, and I don't think our front office would have any problem finding another guy that was above average for less money.

None are critical. Branch is a scheme player and I don't see much demand. I would look to upgrade both before we resign. The free agent offensive lineman are good depth but not replaceable.
Kicker ...I would love to see one like the kid at St Louis. I'd look around what was available. When asked to stretch the field with long FG tries PC backed off which says a lot
