I'd love to see the M's sell before tomorrow's deadline but they won't.

Don't shoot the guy on the Seth Smith to the Dodgers talk. I read the same thing on LL but do not have a link.

Cishek still being on this roster after all of his blown saves, along with several other near misses this year is a joke.

Seth Smith to the Dodgers is nothing more than a rumor. And it likely won't happen now that the Dodgers landed Rich Hill and Josh Reddick. So it looks like Seth Smith stays for now.

i still cant believe Seasick's wild pitch. That was like a wild, wild pitch. So far left. I just don't get it. How do you fold that bad under pressure this many times. I would have rather had Rodney this season....no lie

And as expected, a pretty quiet trade deadline for the M's. We didn't suck enough to be sellers, and we weren't good enough to be buyers.

Just cut cishit and use Diaz,I don't understand why that is so hard.I think the season is over and I'm not too happy that they did not try harder to win.I'll go along with the "they got us to camp".

I think it was the right move too. Pretty much stuck with Cano and Cruz. Don't wanna give up Seager who's one of our best defenders. You're not gonna get much value for anything else. No true number 1 starter this year, either. All my anger has been on a few players this year. It's too early to judge Servais and Dipoto. Give them time like Pete and Shneider had a few years. Aoki and Cishek have literally cost us around 10 wins.

Man, the fans in the stands are letting Cishek have it, bad. Does that make me a terrible person if I don't feel an ounce of sympathy for him?

If Servais puts Cishek into the 9th inning again, I have lost all faith in his ability to close a wound. It took him too long to send a struggling Aoki to Tacoma. It took too long to promote Lee to more of a full-time starter role at 1B.

This is baseball, so anything can happen sure... but the team just doesn't have "it" anymore. The month of May was fun, while it lasted. 10 games over .500 and arguably a top 5 team in baseball sure are memories of a distant past.

Last two nights probably will spell the end for the M's this season. The only good thing we have going is nobody else in the WC race is playing any better right now with the exception of the Tigers. While not likely one good run and they'd be right back in it, as you can tell I'm still holding out hope.
