Historic. Incredible season. Everything comes up roses. Stats prove it. Players prove it.

Who am I to piss in the proverbial pancakes of such a wondrous season.

Yet here I go.

I hate how our historic defense gave up so many yards to the Rams. 500 yards of offense is an assault on this defense. I agree, I think Bradford is special. He seems to have unlocked the secret of the MOB.

How do we figure that out?

I have to think this is the primary directive going into 2026. Neutralize the enemy.

Make it so.

If it makes you feel any better, they only put points on the scoreboard.

Also, the Rams were the #1 offense in football. They averaged 394 yds and 30.5 points a game. The fact that they are a division rival that knows us better than any team in the league, you'd expect them to give us problems other teams wouldn't. The only other team that came close was the Bucs and MM said later that was his fault because he tried to install too much before that game.

Bradford does seem like he plays for the other team half the time

I don't think you're pissing in any pancakes.

Don't think there's anything wrong with pointing out where the team can improve, at all. Despite yelling into the void, and getting told "We won. Shut up and enjoy." There were quite a few warts this year that could be addressed. Many of them walked out the door with Kubiak and his flip the bird calling for LX.

In my opinion, the biggest warts that could be fixed are Riq, and the OC. And literally both of those things have/are going to fix themselves.

I haven't addressed your actual point - but just providing moral support that even though 'winning fixes everything' that there's definately things to work on.

Was going to post a separate thread, but I'll throw it here due to the Rams topic.

Can we please go win back to back owls in this asshole's stadium please. I would really like to shut him the **** up. And this would take care of some NFC West business SO sweetly.

:)

When you look at it from a points perspective our last 2 games vs the Rams were not as bad as the yards. BTW did those 2mpty 50 yards on the last 2 plays get the Rams over 500?
The playoff game would have been 20 points given up had it not been for Riq's penalty. Re the Thursday night game, Rams got to 37 with a TD in OT and also another one where they got the ball first and goal on the 1. You could say the D gave up 23 in a 60 min game.

Both are below the Rams league average of 28.

Road game was dominated by the Hawks. They had 4 turnovers and STILL almost won at the end. Held the Clams under 250 yards and by far the worst game for Stafford up to that point, 130 passing yards. Hawks had 414 yards, 26 first downs to 12. I repeat, the Rams had 12 FIRST DOWNS ALL GAME.

McVag is going to go all in this next season, Stafford was questionable to come back this year and then went all in I think due to how they lost, once Stafford is retired who do they have waiting in the wings? McVag is on competition committee also I think, he is going to lobbie his ass off to get advantages for himself. Thier window is closing, they won't be terrible but they won't have the edge at QB they have had unless they get lucky in the draft or make another Veteran trade.

So, That Guy......if there is any way to improve the team, you hit it on the head. There are improvements that can be made and as fans we like to address them. That is our right and our responsibility. It makes us all better with the experience.

They will have Jimmy G and when that happens it will be US that have the QB advantage over them.

Pass rush. Stafford got sacked once in I don't know how many games. 3?. He had all day. Our pass rushers are good to very good but there is no one elite. Nacua and Adams are one of the best receiver tandems in the league. If you give an MVP QB too much time these guys will inevitably get open.

Burrow. The Rams are not afraid to take risks. They've taken huge swings on trades in the past. It's how they got Stafford and they weren't afraid to eat huge cap space on Goff. Talib, Cooks, Ramsey, Marcus Peters, Von Miller etc. They went years at one point without a first round pick.

Burrow wants to leave supposedly. Next year I think is the last year of his deal or close to it. I think the Bengals may be forced into taking a haul for him.
