I'd be fine with adding Brian Robinson Jr. as a solid veteran plus drafting one of Washington Jr., Price, Johnson, Coleman or Singleton.

Some thoughts on our RB situation moving forward.
With the loss of K9 & Charbs injury I think we've twisted & turned ourselves into thinking that our RB depth is a desperate situation. Looking at the seemingly thin class of FA RB's and what is available in the draft it does amplify that panic mode. I'm sure John will bolster our RB stable well before preseason and with only 4 draft picks hope we do not reach (panic)for a RB in this draft. Let John work.

Two or three day 3 and/or undrafted FA's and a cheaper FA vet would be plenty of insurance to start the season with.
Holani and Kenny McIntosh should be ready for training camp, Charb's could be ready early Oct only to miss 3-5 games. That would give us a chance to see what we have..., with whoever we
have at RB.

Just don't want us to reach or waste a draft pick on a RB when I see as much need and more options at CB, edge & RG holding few picks.

Yep, I'm saying start the season with Holani, McIntosh and one more addition yet to be seen plus 2-3 practice squad RB's.

This is who I see draft-wise who could fall to day 3 or go undrafted. My preference is a bigger workhorse RB rather than trying to recreate K9.

Nicholas Singleton Penn State
Broke his 5th metatarsal at the senior bowl.

Mike Washington Jr Ark
Some ball security/fumble issues

Adam Randall Clemson
Converted from WR to RB, 1 season as RB

Jonah Coleman UW
My current favorite

Finally, I am very disappointed that Robbie Ouzts got no short yardage carries his rookie year.

Mentally, let Charbs go, he isn't coming back until (at best) late playoffs.

It's to early to freak out about any position, but a fair crash out would be for the Running Backs.

For 2026, Walker and Charbs are gone. Who is left? 3.3 yards a carry Holani? Jones and Wright have a total combined carries of 9.

It's time to get serious about getting some outside help. The only real ugly move would be if the Seahawks trade for an RB that's about the same as Walker and cost the same.
right?

Antonio Gibson is available too. I didn't realize he was released by the Patriots. He would be another to kick tires on. He was soild for the Commanders a few years ago.

After this coming season, Charbonnet will be in the same situation as Walker. I also have a hard time believing JS signs damaged goods. So to me , it makes sense to draft the next 4 year runningback. I’m predicting Jadarian Price.

Jonah Coleman at 64. Good runner, receiver and blocker, no fumbles in 4 years, 5'9" 228, only injury a PCL sprain in left knee in 2025, took him out of the game and the next. A Seahawk for four years? Hell yeah.

Cam Akers is still on the team and he might have something left in him. He's only 27.

He maybe more expensive than.. K9.. plus gonna cost draft Capital.
Great production for an undersized speed back but I wouldn't sacrifice a draft pick on him.
With one year to go on his contract we'd be in the same boat as K9 and facing another huge contract dilemma after one season.

No. I want a workhorse with power, good size.
Draft one in April or go with what we have and wait until 2027.

1350 yards rushing for the season seems to qualify as workhorse rb in my opinion. Plus he did that in an offense that was pathetic due to poor QB play. So defenses were keying in and gameplanning for him.
