1) Stafford gets a helmet planted (legally) in his back, causing severe discomfort and inability to throw the ball.

2) Nacua gets (legally) knocked the F out.

3) McVay's head (unlikely) explodes on the sidelines as he watches the Seahawks punch their ticket to the Superbowl.

I do think Stafford is playing through some kind of chest or rib injury. He looked like he was in pain after getting sacked by the Bears player.
