Why is Metcalf catching grief when Brown seems to have skated even though he punched Bobo in the face?

Seems to me uncle fester you’ve totally nailed it.

By now I’m sure there's lots of grudges to settle from camp, and as it gets more physical there’ll be more skirmishing.

This is a sure sign the competition is real and tempers are showing.

I'm on the side of this being a nothingburger as reported by the media.

I agree that this shows something being brought of out of this team that has been dormant for a while. I want to see accountability turning into passion and physicality. This season I want to see all of this turn into punching every other team in the mouth from the first whistle - not backing down - and keeping the foot on the gas from start to finish.

I'm definitely not a fan of DK swinging his helmet at a player (padded or not), but as stated, Brown was the aggressor. DK responded not like I would hope but I get it. Players have reached the end of camp where you are hot, bothered and want to hit some other team. This camp is brewing precisely as I hoped so far.

People blaming others is ridiculous, there is no right here, just wrong. Seriously aggressive playing style is great but stupid is stupid, especially against your own team. I mean, if you can't hold it together against a teammate, you have no chance in a game situation.

Brown should be disciplined as well. This was MacDonald's chance to stop this for good and from everything I've heard, he failed too.

I'll take it, attitude and not taking shit will get some penalties, but it also sends a message, fear of God knowing that if your not looking you can have your soul taken, Vernon Davis knows about that. I want to see that back again, and the LOB years we had this type of camp mentality also. It got turned down when Wilsons feelings got hurt and he needed coddling, but early on it was a street fight at camp.
