Wow. Nice. I also like how some people have changed their icons to a Radish.

Not only that, but some of us went with actual "Pithy" Radishes.

:les:

Did anyone visit, sit in, decorate, or otherwise check-in on Les' seat during the game?

I'm not quite a regular in this forum and didn't really know The Radish well enough to call him a friend, but he was a 12th man brother like you all are, and as such, I feel obligated to express my condolences.

Here you go. Thanks to my buddy Jason for getting his friends to take it. The folks holding the flag were Chargers fans.

Some may find this strange, I admit it kinda is.
I've been racking my brain trying to come up with something I could do to honor Les today, GameDay.
This is what I came up with....

Obviously he won't be in it but Les has a seat at today's Game vs the Chargers.
For those of you at the game, maybe you could go by the seat and leave a bag of peanuts or a coke.
Section V18 row9 seat12.
Again I know this is kinda strange but it's what came to me and I did it.
I'll put this info in a couple other places so it hopefully won't be missed.

Man....Ya gotta love this place, and a good many folks that come here too.
pmedic?, this is absolutely got to be one of the classiest moves I think I've ever seen here in .NET

Put a good word in for the rest of us here :les: Les

I have received a 2nd Email from Mrs.Radish. (Darlene Norton)
She has been able to log onto the board. She has been reading through the post as she can. She said it's hard because she gets over run with emotion.
I know the kind words have meant a lot to her. I believe that knowing what The Radish meant to others, has brought her a small amount of comfort.
I thank you all from her.

I cannot find adjectives to describe how incredibly cool and endearing that is.

Thank you for honoring him (and us).

This got me..

Well done by all involved. This community is one of the finest and the people, the way they support each other in times of crisis, are a rare commodity in this world.

I thank all of you for making this place much more than a fourm.

Thanks for this, Lon.

Finding a seat #12 available was devine intervention.

Got another note from Mrs.Radish.
The things that have been said and done in Honor of Les have truly touched her.
This is part of her msg .....
I was able to get on the site and have spent 4 days trying to get through all of the outpouring of love for Les. I cry, stop reading and then get back to it.
Thank you for purchasing the ticket for him. The 12 seat was a special good touch.
I hope to one day get to meet you. You are an outstanding friend.

With Love for Les,

Darlene

The photo of the Chargers fans holding the 12 flag for Les is making me teary eyed. You did a really cool thing buying that ticket, and props to those fans for honoring the spirit of it.
