SEATTLE FANS, let’s create a "Save Michael Bennett’s Family Fund". We can donate all the money to Michael Bennett. If we all donate enough money, maybe we can buy some food for him and his family. Then we could rent them a little outbuilding in someone’s backyard so he doesn’t have to live on the streets…it really saddens me to know that there are three kids out there named Bennett that have to go to bed hungry every night. We could even tell him about the corner at the freeway onramp right near my house. I heard that the fake Vietnam vet who’s been at that spot for the last few years, has quit doing drugs and saved enough money to buy a house, and he’s vacating that spot. We might even be able to find Michael a second job…even if it’s only part-time. I really think if we all work together, we really might be able to help this family. I hate Paul Allen…imagine if companies like Boeing paid people such low wages. I think I’m starting to understand the people who hate the 1%. All those rich new-hires over at Boeing make $14.00 an hour. I’d kill for a job like that. I’d love to be in the 1%. But I can’t think about my problems when there are 3 kids living on the street. I guess for now, it’s far more important that we help POOR families like Michael Bennett’s.
While we’re at it, maybe we should just make it a fund for all of the Seahawks who need help. I heard Wilson’s agent on the radio the other day…he said the poor guy can’t even afford a mortgage, so he can’t buy a house…worse yet Russell can’t even afford a car payment. I have no clue how he can even make it to work. Let’s at least try to buy the poor guy a car…or better yet, maybe someone has an old beater that still runs and they could donate it to Russell.
