What a terrible game. I knew w/ the 49ers, Packers, Vikings winning & Lamar having a good game was going to mean we were going to lose tonight. It never fails.

Now the pressure is back on...The good new is if Packers, New Orleans wins out, we get #1 4 way tie if we win out. I think we can do it. Go Hawks!

Rooting interests are a simple and finite proposition: You root to win the division until you clinch.

And to be fair, there were only a few in here who were actually pushing for a SF victory. They repeated themselves over and over and over and over.... so it probably seemed like more, but most of us were rational enough to see the probability of last night happening and hence the foolishness of pulling for the Niners.

The thing that makes that loss last night so bad is because we didn't really even compete. And we're better than that, so it shouldn't have happened. But it did, so we step up and fix what ails us or be happy about where we are. Where we are isn't so bad. 10-3 isn't the best, but it's better than most. Question is, are we satisfied? Time will tell, but IMO getting to 10-3 was a monumental achievement for our level of progress. We can get better with what we have, especially if we can improve schematically. A lot of the Rams success last night was due to schematic execution.

Happy to help! So there this group of 4 teams the hawks play in called a division. See usually as Seahawks fans we want the other teams in the division to lose. There’s also this larger group that consists of 4 divisions called a conference. We usually want the best teams in our conference to lose as well. Did that help clear things up a little for you fans that get a little confused with all the different scenarios?
