In all seriousness 1 FF, 7 TFLs, 3 sacks (W/O Dunlap) 3 should've been INTs and only 201 yards of offense allowed is a pretty damn good performance for a defense that was on pace to be the worst in NFL history

Sounds like the Jets are really good at scripting to score points to start the game. Heard the broadcast say something like 7 straight games with a first possession score.

Look guys, it was the Jets. If this was the <insert team here> they would have blown the Seahawks out. You gotta add 60 points to the Jets total if it's a good team.

Yes, I'm being sarcastic.

Defense has looked good recently. Still worried about the offense going forward.

Beat me to it. Was gonna start a "nice win, but" thread myself.

Great game. Gotta love the Parkinson sighting. Not often we get a full quarter of "garbage time" for Geno to come in with the B team.

I know you're being sarcy, but despite this being the Jets biggest loss of the season people are still going to find ways to criticise the result even though we rested starters for an entire Q

There's nothing wrong with talking about the weak points of the team, even if they're nitpicky.

What is problematic is people who are absolutely miserable whether this team wins or loses. If it's not fun unless it's a 30+ point blowout every week, why are they watching? Life isn't worth living miserably.

Happy for the win but Russ threw another interception! Hahaha just teasing, he had a great game.

Well, in truth that INT looked like it was mostly on him.

Only a couple of minor blemishes on a great game. :irishdrinkers:

Eh, Sam Darnold always looks like that.
:?: Wait, wut? Talking about Parkinson, Seahawks rookie Tight End.
That’s who that 84 was. Nice to see both backup linebackers hitting hard too.

For me, today, there are no “buts”

I’m happy for the win.

Tomorrow? Maybe some context and nuance.
