Number #2 offense and some want him fired????
He didn't choose these garbage RBs who are not really starters.
I didn't forget Waldo or Grubb .. Barfs!
I love Klint, he works with what he has at present.

Okay, admittedly a bit tongue in cheek here but also a touch of truth. Let’s be clear, he is a massive upgrade over Grubb who has no business being an NFL coordinator.

I think he’s starting to show warts. There are games where our number 2 scoring offense looks completely inept. Like yesterday. I’m not sure he is game planning at his best or making in game adjustments like he should.

I need to see a bit more creativity and intuitiveness from him and soon or the Fire Kubiak thread becomes real.
Yeah, I've seen better drawn-up game plans by him early on, but ever since the Darnold 4 interception outing against the Rams awhile back, I'm thinking that Macdonald has tasked him to dial it back on the passing game a bit and try to up the run game.
I think Kubiak is trying to make a silk purse out of sow's ears with this offensive line's falters.
It's hard as hell to draw up plays where the offensive line has time issues protecting the Quarterback while the Receivers/Tight Ends have time to gain separation.
We really only have JSN to gain some time for separation right now, with Shaheed only now helping to take the heat off of him.
I still think that Kubiak can tune up the offense through the final 3 games for the Seahawks to win the #1 seed...Again I'm putting my whiskey where my mouth is.

im starting to get concerned. just dont want to waste this great defense. offense doesnt even need to be good, just mediocre. and when you have the best wr in the league that shouldnt be hard to accomplish.
There is a plethora of hoops to jump through as an Offensive Coordinator at this time of year.
but in this game? the Media AND REFEREES were cheering for "Old Man Rivers" and his fairytale comeback...DISGUSTING!!

It is a lack of creativity in the redzone but they’ll be alright. Sam can and should audible out of Kubiak’s call if he sees it differently at the LOS. Agreed tho on the knee jerk reaction. It sort of becomes a guessing game between coordinators that close to the goal line.

Yeah it seems like he has a lot of weapons and it takes awhile to get started like he didn’t have a good plan.

Look at McVay. An offensive mastermind. No, I don’t expect Kubiak to be McVay per se, but show a little more creativity and responsiveness in game. If it ain’t working, change it up a bit. I want to see more of that is all. And I also agree, this year his seat is and should be safe. Let’s see how we feel next year.
And if it is working keep doing it!! Sometimes he goes away from things that are working for awhile then goes back to them and they work again. Somebody said the way to draw coverage away from JSN is to throw the ball to other guys. I think barner is a big key to this. Shaheed started showing that he has to be respected too. So throw to cooper kupp early and get everyone open. I think Kubiak should get some credit though for controlling the turnovers and getting shaheed involved. It seemed like shaheed got a lot of attention and targets and JSN got over a 100. The run game has to pick up the urgency and Kubiak needs to be more strategic how and when he runs.
Also I think penalties killed us and the colts defense is really why they are good, and Jonathan Taylor, and we stopped him

I am not ready to fire our OC, but I am open to Darnold calling plays, like Peyton.

So.. does he have a leash on his Audible ability? Thats the only thing thats going to save play calling... oh and Kenneth Walker not spinning around like a dancer instead of a football player... 3 yards fwd, 3 yards back, one 15 yard run... two more negative plays.. another 9 yard run when we really dont need it...

Im sorry but that dudes YPC is clearly floated

That's up to Darnold, isn't it? Schneider sint gonna have problem, neither would young Mcdonald. I am ok with it too.

They really need to not allow poaching other teams' coaches until after the super bowl.

I’ll be seriously annoyed if Pete Carroll’s ineptitude and deserved firing in LV results in us losing Kubiak to the Raiders.
