He still had Trubisky and Watson above Mahomes though, he just said that Mahomes had the highest ceiling which was pretty much the consensus iirc

this is incorrect. Tier 1 Stroud and young, Tier 2 Levis, tier3 Hooker, Tier4 empty, Tier 5 Richardson and Robinson, who is on nobody's radar.

To be clear, those are the odds for the first overall pick which is different from the first five picks. Bettors are specifically looking at Carolina and their trade up - which only makes sense for a QB. Anderson and Carter are just on the list at 100:1 in case anybody is looking to donate money to the sportsbook.
