There isn't a manager on earth that could take this group of players (on offense) to a world series.

There is..With pitching and D it's been done and can be done again
but you need small ball mixed in with bunts,sbs and bb's.
Maddon did it with the Cubs and I'd argue those core players struck out
a lot and batting averages sucked but that one year where they played
as a unit doing all the little things.
I don't think SS is the guy for the next step and honestly I'm not sure who is.
As for today-Good game by Bryce!
Marco and Flex can take the rest of the year off!

We don't who can bunt because todays game is lazy at it and they all could do
it if wanted to.
Same for walks..The SB's part they have enough it's not all speed.

World Series? I don't think that was every goal....for the M's, it's winning the AL West. That's their lofty goal. But they can't do that.
